Ordering
Q: How do I place an order?
You can order in two ways:
Option 1 – Design Your Own
Create a completely custom design using our online design tool.
Option 2 – Browse Designs
Choose one of our preset designs, select your sizes and quantities, enter your team details, then place your order online.
Q: Is there a minimum order?
No.
There is no minimum order quantity, making WatchOn Sports perfect for social teams, small clubs and top-up orders.
Q: Will I receive a mock-up?
Yes.
After your order has been placed, our design team will prepare a professional digital mock-up and email it to you for approval.
Production will only begin after your artwork has been approved.
Q: Can I reorder uniforms later?
Yes.
Once your artwork has been approved and your order has been completed, we keep your design on file. If you need additional uniforms later, simply provide your previous order number, team name or club name and we’ll prepare your reorder as quickly as possible.
Artwork
Q: How do I send my logo?
After placing your order, simply email your logo or artwork to:
info@watchonsports.com.au
Please include your order number so we can match your artwork to your order.
If you would prefer to upload your artwork during the design process, you can use our Design Your Own tool.
Q: Can I add names, numbers and team sizes?
Yes.
On the product page you can provide:
- Team name
- Player names
- Player numbers
- Sizes
- Team list
- Additional notes
Delivery
Q: How long does production take?
Standard Production and Delivery
4–5 weeks after artwork approval.
Priority Production and Delivery
3 weeks (additional fee applies).
Express Production and Delivery
2 weeks (additional fee applies and subject to availability).
Q: Can I add more items after ordering?
Yes.
Please contact us within 3 business days of placing your order.
After that time, additional garments will normally need to be processed as a separate order.

Q: Can I see real finished uniforms before ordering?
A:
Yes. You can view photos of completed uniforms to see colours, print quality and finished garments before placing your order. Products Gallery
