Welcome to WatchOn Sports. By accessing or using our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Orders

All products are custom made to your specifications.

Production will only commence once artwork has been approved and payment (where applicable) has been received.

2. Artwork Approval

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all artwork, colours, names, numbers, logos and sizing before providing final approval.

Once artwork has been approved and production has commenced, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at checkout or on your approved quotation will apply.

4. Production & Delivery

Standard Production & Delivery:
4–5 weeks

Priority Production & Delivery:
2–3 weeks (additional fees apply)

Production begins after artwork approval.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

5. Intellectual Property

By submitting logos, artwork or designs, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to use those materials.

WatchOn Sports is not responsible for any copyright or trademark infringement arising from customer-supplied artwork.

6. Returns

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for information regarding returns, replacements and refunds.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WatchOn Sports shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website.

8. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
