Returns & Refunds

At WatchOn Sports, every custom garment is made specifically for your team. Please read our returns policy carefully before placing an order.

Custom Products

As all custom products are manufactured to your approved artwork, colours, names, numbers and sizes, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selected by the customer
• Incorrect names, numbers or details approved in the final mock-up
• Minor colour variations between screen displays and printed garments

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork before production begins.

Manufacturing Errors

If a product is received with a manufacturing defect or differs from the approved artwork, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Where a manufacturing fault is confirmed, WatchOn Sports will repair, replace or remake the affected item at no additional cost.

• Your order number
• Photos of the issue
• A description of the problem

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

We will investigate the issue and arrange an appropriate solution where applicable.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Where required by law, customers are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for products that have a major failure.
